Seuil Chung

Seuil Chung is an artist based in Chicago, Illinois. Chung works with hand-built ceramic objects that explore the psychologies of sensuality and corporeal desires. He is an artist-in-residence at the Lillstreet Art Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Chung received his BFA in Studio Art at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2019 and his MFA in Ceramics at Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2021. 

Chung’s recent solo exhibitions include “Magic Show” at Lillstreet Art Center (Chicago, IL), “I Love You” at Concept Art Gallery (Pittsburgh, PA), and “Mouse Hunt” at KINK Contemporary Gallery (Cleveland, OH).

He also exhibited at the Akron Art Museum as one of the exhibiting artists for the FRONT: International 2022 (Akron, OH).
